Job summary

Volante of Las Vegas is seeking a Resident Care Partner to provide compassionate direct care, ensuring residents' comfort, safety, and happiness.

You will support daily living activities, assist with grooming, hygiene, and mobility, and help maintain a clean, safe living environment. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential as you collaborate with dining and care staff to enrich resident lives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• First Aid Certifications may be required by state regulations.
• CNA certification or state CNA requirements depending on state.

Responsibilities

• Spread happiness through general housekeeping duties, keeping our residents' living spaces clean, safe, and tidy.
• Plan and engage in leisure activities, fostering socialization and friendship among residents.
• Team up with the Dining Services Department to assist with associated tasks
• Provide assistance or reminders with activities of daily living, including grooming, oral hygiene, bath/shower, hair cleaning and brushing, and transferring to and from activities and meals, as needed.
