Qualifications

• High school diploma (preferred) or equivalent certificate.
• Valid First Aid Certifications may be required according to state regulations.
• CNA Certification and state certifications as required.
• Willingness to meet continuing education requirements and maintain licenses.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Spread happiness through housekeeping duties, keeping residents' living spaces clean, safe, and tidy.
• Plan and engage residents in leisure activities to foster socialization and friendship.
• Team up with the Dining Services Department to assist with associated tasks.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including grooming, oral hygiene, bath/shower, hair care, and transfers to activities and meals.
