This role includes assisting with meals, engaging residents in activities, and helping maintain a clean, safe environment. Licensing docs may be required by your state, and a background check will be conducted.

Qualifikationen

• Willingness to learn and work within a team environment.
• Strong verbal communication in English with residents and coworkers.
• Licensing documentation as required by state and ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor health, document changes, and report to Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to elders.
• Assist with meals and possibly feeding.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities.
• Communicate with elders, families, team members, and guests.
• Maintain light housekeeping and general cleanliness.
