Responsibilities include coordinating medical and dental appointments, tracking health care schedules, maintaining necessary documentation, and providing direct support services when needed. This position ensures quality care for clients while participating in an on-call system as necessary.

• Coordinate medical, psychiatric, and dental/vision appointments.
• Track all physical, healthcare, and dental/vision appointments.
• Complete necessary documentation in line with program standards.
• Perform Direct Support Services as needed.
