Independence First in Milwaukee is hiring a Registered Nurse supervisor to oversee personal care workers, conduct home visits, and assess consumer needs. This full-time role offers a hybrid work schedule with no weekends.

You must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license, valid driver's license, and a minimum of one year supervisory experience. The position includes comprehensive benefits and a supportive team.

Position Summary

Registered Nurse is responsible for the supervision of personal care workers and the delivery of personal care services to consumers. Work duties include home visits, consumer assessments, development of appropriate plans of care, and supervision of and performance evaluation of personal care workers. Reports to the Manager of Personal Assistance Services.
