Independence First in Milwaukee, WI, seeks a Registered Nurse to supervise personal care workers and oversee the delivery of care to consumers. The role includes home visits, consumer assessments, and developing care plans, with reporting to the Manager of Personal Assistance Services.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must have valid RN license where the assigned facility is located.

• Evaluate performance of personal care workers and provide supervision.

Position Summary: Registered Nurse is responsible forthe supervision of personal care workers and the delivery of personalcare services to consumers. Work duties include home visits, consumerassessments, development of appropriate plans of care, and supervisionof and performance evaluation of personal care workers. Reports to theManager of Personal Assistance Services.
