Midwest Health in Nebraska is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to effectively manage resident services in our community, directing operations in line with policies and regulatory standards. Reports to the Executive Director.

You will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, supervise staff, assist with admissions and patient rights information, and coordinate with physicians and pharmacies as required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LPN or RN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Read/write/speak English.

Responsabilités

• Manage and direct resident services in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Report abuse or neglect to the Executive Director immediately.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and family information.
• Review policies on total patient care including meals, activities, housekeeping and laundry.
• Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations concerning nursing care.
• Assist with admissions and ensure compliance with Directives and Resident Rights information.
• Support selection and orientation of staff; coordinate with physicians and pharmacies.
