Volare Health is seeking an LPN Unit Manager in Roseburg, OR to oversee the nursing unit and mentor clinical staff. Full-time schedule with supervision of daily operations and adherence to federal/state/local standards for long-term care facilities.

The Unit Manager will direct daily nursing functions, ensure quality care, and support the Director/Assistant Director of Nursing Services. LPN licensure is required, with prior long-term care or hospital experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing and licensed by the State.
• Knowledge of general, rehabilitative, and restorative nursing and medical practices and procedures and laws, regulations and guidelines governing long term care.
• Previous experience in a hospital, long term care facility, or other health care related facility required.

Responsabilités

• Direct the daily functions of the Nursing Unit in accordance with current standards to ensure the highest quality of care for residents.
• Lead and develop clinical staff, ensuring regulatory compliance and care quality.

Pay Range: $81,348.00 - $114,774

Summary

The Unit Manager will direct the daily functions of the Nursing Unit in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing long term care facilities, and as may be directed by the Director or Assistant Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents.

• Knowledge of general, rehabilitative, and restorative nursing and medical practices and procedures and laws, regulations and guidelines governing long term care.
