The ideal candidate holds an active Oregon RN license, demonstrated supervisory experience, and a commitment to staff development, safety, and compassionate resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in Oregon.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of general, rehabilitative, and restorative nursing practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of laws and guidelines governing long-term care facilities.
• Experience in healthcare settings (hospital, SNF, rehab).
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and clinical skills.

Schedule: Full-Time

Pay Range - Salary: $108,000-$127,000

We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with strong leadership and supervisory skills to join our team as a Unit Manager.

Position Summary

As the Unit Manager, RN, you will oversee the daily operations of an assigned nursing unit and provide clinical leadership to ensure residents receive the highest quality of care.

Working in collaboration with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing, you will help ensure the nursing unit operates in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and standards.
