Cedarhurst of Jacksonville is seeking a Resident Care Manager to oversee resident care, mentor care staff, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will develop individualized service plans, coordinate schedules, and lead care team initiatives to promote dignity, independence, and quality of life for residents.

You will partner with the Director of Nursing and families to deliver person-centered care, supervise staff, and ensure high standards across all care levels.

Competenze

• Associate degree or 2+ years of experience preferred OR 4+ years of relevant experience.
• CNA or CMT certification preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably within a senior living community or healthcare setting.

Mansioni

• Develop and facilitate resident-directed programming based on assessed needs.
• Assess move-in needs and integrate activities goals into the service plan.
• Coordinate resident orientation and identify changes or concerns in the plan.
• Collaborate with staff, residents, families, and volunteers to provide psychosocial care.
• Lead education for care staff and families on individualized service plans and dementia care best practices.
• Mentor staff and volunteers to deliver training and ensure program implementation.

Conoscenze
