Qualifications

• Associate degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• CNA or CMT certification preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and health records systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care and care staff, ensuring high standards of safety and satisfaction.
• Develop individualized care plans and supervise staff in dementia care best practices.
• Lead orientation, mentorship, and ongoing training for care staff.
• Coordinate schedules and ensure adequate staffing coverage.
