Cedarhurst Senior Living in the United States seeks a Resident Care Manager to oversee resident care and staff in our senior living community. You will develop individualized care plans, supervise care staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting dignity and independence for residents.

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will mentor team members, collaborate with families, and coordinate programming to enhance quality of life and safety across all care levels.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 2+ years of experience preferred.
• CNA or CMT certification preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Experience in a similar role in a senior living setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and facilitate resident-directed programming to meet needs and interests.
• Assess residents’ needs at move-in and integrate goals into the service plan.
• Lead care staff, mentor, and ensure plans are implemented.
• Coordinate schedules, ensure adequate staff coverage and training.
• Support resident wellbeing and independence, coordinating with families and staff.
