Onni Group in Chicago is seeking a Resident Care Team Member (Maintenance Technician) to support living environments by maintaining building systems, amenities, and curb appeal. You will monitor resident amenities and respond to service requests with a focus on safety and quality, while working closely with the Resident Care Supervisor.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and independent work with opportunity for on-call coverage and collaboration on procurement and work orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; craft apprenticeship in resident care a plus.
• Associate degree in functional technology is advantageous.
• 4+ years of customer service experience; strong in suite care and building technology.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, monitor, and perform resident living experience in communal spaces and suites to meet brand standards.
• Assist daily in operations of building technology and care for interior/exterior areas.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident care requests.
• Ensure suites meet brand standards and follow completion protocols.
• Provide on-call customer service when designated and assist in emergency resident care opportunities.
• Assist with scheduling, procuring supplies, and coordinating with solution providers.
