Onni Group of Companies is seeking a Resident Care Supervisor to oversee a resident care team at a property in Chicago. You will supervise daily activities, schedule planning, and ensure high-quality living experiences for residents across communal spaces and private suites.

You will interview, hire, and train staff, monitor performance, and coordinate with outside providers to maintain service quality. Strong supervisory skills and excellent communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associates degree or equivalent customer service training in Residence Property Management apparatuses.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in a Resident care field, with 2 years in a supervisory role directing a multi-functional team.
• Strong programming aptitudes and knowledge of building apparatuses and technology.
• Excellent resident care solutions and observation skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve living experiences while ensuring safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day resident retention needs of the property.
• Interview, hire, and train all Resident Care team members.
• Manage schedules, assign tasks, and monitor resident service flow for timeliness and accuracy.
• Handle performance actions including raises, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure living experience quality across all communal spaces and private suites.
• Coordinate with outside providers and manage vendor proposals to completion.
• Prepare and oversee resident care finances and expenses.
