Job summary

Continental seeks an onsite maintenance and operations associate to deliver outstanding resident service and keep the community well-maintained. You will perform hands-on repairs, upkeep, and safety checks while using digital tools to manage work orders and respond to needs promptly.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general trades, plus a proactive attitude toward curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in a property or related trades.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, and field apps to manage work orders.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and equipment to keep community running.
• Maintain grounds, perform painting, pressure washing, and safety checks.
• Utilize work-order software daily to track and complete tasks.
