Job summary

Onni is seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician II to oversee routine maintenance and coordinate between management and the maintenance team, ensuring high-quality living experiences for residents. You will manage preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and vendor coordination while upholding brand standards and safety.

Responsibilities include daily oversight of building systems and timely resolution of resident service requests, with on-call support for emergencies and after-hours

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional training in residential maintenance or property management preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in residential maintenance or customer service with strong building systems knowledge (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate between multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduled preventive maintenance and respond to urgent repairs in common areas and private suites, ensuring brand standards are met.
• Serve as the primary liaison between management and the maintenance team for work orders, vendor coordination, and reporting updates.
• Ensure timely handling of resident care requests and align maintenance with brand expectations.
• Schedule maintenance services and monitor quality across interior and exterior spaces, maintaining curb appeal.
