CLS Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve the community’s condition and promote resident satisfaction through proactive service. You will handle property upkeep, safety, and timely responses to requests, working closely with the leasing team to ensure high standards across units and common areas.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, a teamwork mindset, and a commitment to professional growth within a vibrant, design-forward portfolio of communities.

Formación

• Proficient knowledge of basic building HVAC systems.
• Proficient knowledge of basic building electrical systems.
• Proficient knowledge of basic plumbing systems.
• Experience with make-ready unit preparation.
• Construction skills including patching, texture, painting, flooring and carpentry.
• Experience with groundskeeping and irrigation systems.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents, prospects, and visitors.
• Conduct daily property walk-throughs to ensure safety and curb appeal.
• Maintain offices, common areas, exteriors, and grounds in clean, safe condition.
• Identify and address potential liability issues related to maintenance.
• Complete work orders promptly and document any damages with photos and receipts.
• Coordinate with leasing to optimize resident satisfaction and manage requests.
