Job summary

Avamere Skilled Advisors, LLC d/b/a Avamere Living is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) in Newberg, Oregon. This full-time position supports scheduling, care coordination, and staff training, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while delivering compassionate resident care.

The RCC will assist with assessments, move-ins, and transitions, maintain records, and participate in daily stand-up meetings to optimize staffing and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior residents in a care setting preferred.
• Active CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Food Handler's Card required or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care needs and staffing, maintain schedules and logs.
• Train new care staff and supervise in the Director's absence.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and ensure safety and comfort.
