Job summary

Avamere at Chestnut Lane in Gresham, OR is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) for a full-time 32-hour week with weekend availability. You will coordinate resident care needs, manage staffing, and support the Director of Health Services.

You will supervise daily care activities, maintain records, and participate in audits while training Caregivers and Medication Technicians. CPR/First Aid certification and experience in a memory care setting are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have active CPR/First Aid certification.
• Must be able to obtain a Food Handler’s Card.
• Experience in electronic medical records documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care needs and staffing, including maintaining schedule and logs.
• Assist Director of Health Services in training new care staff.
• Supervise care delivery when Director is absent in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Conduct audits on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
