Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc. is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN) to lead clinical excellence and elevate resident health. You will oversee nursing care, conduct assessments, and coordinate ISP for high-quality, resident-centered services.

Qualifications

• RN license is required and must be current.
• Experience in clinical leadership and care coordination preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in senior living.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing team and oversee care programs.

• Monitor changes in condition and coordinate with physicians.
• Oversee medication management and infection control programs.
• Serve as CLIA and Infection Control leader.
• Drive QAPI initiatives and performance improvement.

• Recruit, hire, train and manage clinical staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and department budget.
• Partner with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness.

The Resident Care Director (RCD) serves as the clinical leader for the community, overseeing health, wellness and care coordination to ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered services.
