Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN) to serve as the clinical leader for the community, overseeing health, wellness and care coordination to ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered services. • RN licensed with active state license.
• Leadership experience in nursing/clinical settings.
• Experience in elder care or senior living preferred.
• Strong regulatory knowledge including CLIA where applicable.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial and nursing regulations
• Recruit, hire, train and performance manage clinical team members
• Manage staffing, scheduling and department budget
• Partner with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness

Pay Range: 89,128.00 - 123,032.00

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses.
