Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN/LPN) to serve as the clinical leader of the community. The role oversees the nursing team, coordinates resident health and wellness services, and drives clinical excellence with a focus on safe practices and compliant care.

The RCD will lead assessments, ISPs, and outcomes monitoring, while partnering with physicians and care partners to deliver high-quality care and manage budgets and staffing to support resident needs.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacy and care partners
• Drive Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial and nursing regulations
• Serve as CLIA and Infection Control leader as applicable
• Recruit, hire, train and performance manage clinical team members
• Manage staffing, scheduling and department budget
• Partner with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness

Pay Range: 87,568.00 - 120,952.00
