Sinceri Senior Living in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated healthcare supervisor to coordinate resident care, manage caregiver schedules, and ensure high-quality documentation and communication with families and physicians.

The role involves supervising shifts, implementing physician orders, and maintaining medication records to support safe, compassionate elder care. Join a team-focused environment in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with elderly in healthcare, assisted living, or memory care settings.
• Shift scheduling experience preferred.
• Ability to build effective relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Strong documentation and assessment skills.
• Represent the facility in a positive, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Deals with family and visitor concerns, documents issues and actions.
• Handles minor facility issues with Maintenance Director and Administrator.
• Locks/unlocks doors as per shift requirements.
• Assigns caregiver shifts and ensures duties are completed.
• Monitors caregiver performance for policy compliance and quality care.
• Reports caregiver performance issues to Health Services Director or Administrator.
• Manages shift coverage when staff call in sick.
• Participates in caregiver orientation and training.
• Schedules and handles staffing duties as requested.
• Conducts building tours when needed.
• Communicates with families and physicians and other providers.
• Responds to resident emergencies with discretion and contacts necessary services.
• Documents observations and changes in resident conditions until resolved.
• Reports observations to Health Services Director or Administrator.
• Communicates resident needs to families and physicians.
• Records and implements physician orders and maintains medication administration records.
• Ensures information in resident service plans is implemented by caregivers.
• Receives and gives shift reports between nurses and lead caregivers.
• Provides lead on first aid, safety, and disaster response.
• Participates in narcotic counts.
