Sinceri Senior Living in Minnesota seeks a dedicated part-time caregiver scheduling support. This role requires experience with elderly residents, strong documentation, and the ability to interact professionally with families and staff.

On-site duties include scheduling, monitoring caregiver performance, and assisting with daily resident care activities. You will coordinate shifts, respond to resident needs, and help maintain safe conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience working with elderly in healthcare, assisted living, or memory care.
• Shift scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong documentation and assessment skills.
• Ability to represent the facility professionally.

Responsibilities

• Deal with family and visitor concerns, document issues.
• Support scheduling and staffing duties; ensure duties completed.
• Manage lock/unlock of doors per shift and monitor access.
• Lead caregiver assignments and monitor performance for policy compliance.
• Communicate resident needs to families and physicians; coordinate orders.
