Lone Oak in Eugene, OR seeks a Resident Care Coordinator to oversee daily care and wellness for residents under the Executive Director. You will train and schedule Care Partners and Med Techs, supervise essential duties, and help with daily living activities. Documentation of Growth and Wellness Plans is required; background checks and health requirements must be met. This is a full-time role in a vibrant senior living community.

Qualifications

• Experience as Care Partner and Medication Tech preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak English with residents and coworkers.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Meet health requirements per state/federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train, schedule, supervise, and direct care team duties under Wellness Director.
• Participate in interviewing Care Partners and Med Techs.
• Adjust staffing with occupancy and care level changes.
• Assist elders with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.).
• Document Elders Growth and Wellness Plans and medications under supervision.
