Cascade Living is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to support Wellness Standards, care plan implementation, training, and cross-department communication at Mt. Bachelor Assisted Living and Memory Care.

The role includes supervising care associates and assisting the Wellness Director. Requirements include an associate degree or licensed healthcare credential, state-mandated medication training, 2+ years in elder care, strong organizational and documentation skills, and First Aid/CPR

Qualifications

• Preferred associate degree or licensed health care professional such as LPN or CNA.
• Must have completed a state medication training course and ongoing training.
• 2+ years in senior/adult care are preferred.
• Supervisory/management experience in healthcare is preferred.
• Must maintain First Aid and CPR certification as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with residents, families and staff.
• Participate in recruitment for Wellness Department positions.
• Coordinate and oversee ordering of resident and departmental supplies.
• Submit department payables on time.
• Contribute to development and implementation of care plans.
• Attend resident and family care conferences.
• Assist residents with medications per physician orders.
• Ensure safe, dignified resident care with privacy and respect.
• Monitor compliance with federal/state resident care regulations.
• Contribute to residents' quality of life through meaningful interactions.
• Communicate policies and procedures to other departments and assist implementation.
• Coach associates on communicating resident needs effectively.
• Demonstrate time management and organizational skills.
• Promote Cascade Living's mission and values.
