Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision of resident care staff and monitors job performance
• Coordinates training and education of resident care staff
• Verifies all associate hours and maintains scheduling records
• Observes residents health status and reports significant changes to Health and Wellness Director
• Assists in medication management and ensures proper storage and administration when within scope
• Monitors medication administration and conducts periodic MAR audits
• Communicates with families regarding resident needs and appointments
• Participates in care plan reviews and maintenance of resident charts
• Participates in quality improvement activities and safety checks
