Compass Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to oversee daily elder care and wellness needs under the Executive Director. You will schedule, coach, and train Companions and Med Techs, ensuring safe medication and wellness delivery systems.

Responsibilities include participating in hiring, adjusting staffing levels with occupancy, and supporting elders with activities of daily living. Strong English communication is essential with residents and team members.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-functioning team.
• Ability to train and supervise staff.
• Strong scheduling and staffing coordination skills.
• Experience interviewing and hiring Care Partners and Med Techs.
• Direct care experience with elders and daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service and wellness needs for residents.
• Schedule, coach and train Companions and Med Techs.
• Ensure safe medication delivery under Wellness Director guidance.
• Lead care team under Wellness Director and ED supervision.
• Document Elders' Growth and Wellness Plans.
• Support with medication documentation as needed.
