Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to lead, plan, and oversee care in Assisted Living neighborhoods. You will coordinate with clinical partners to ensure resident-centered care and oversee service planning and team leadership.

The role requires managing daily operations, developing service plans, scheduling staff, coordinating with the Resident Care Director, and communicating with families and providers while upholding regulatory standards.

• Create staffing schedules and daily care assignments based on resident needs.

• Participate in resident evaluations and develop Service Plans
• Create staffing schedules and daily care assignments based on resident needs
• Lead move-in meetings and coordinate care with the Resident Care Director when clinical support is needed
• Monitor changes in resident condition and ensure timely communication with families and providers
• Partner with Dining and Activities teams to enhance the resident experience
• Maintain compliance with QAPI, OSHA and regulatory requirements
• Manage department budget, labor and expenses
• Recruit, hire, train and coach care team members
• Conduct performance reviews and promote team engagement

Pay Range:

70,720.00 - 91,676.00
