Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Annapolis, MD, is seeking an Assisted Living Coordinator to lead daily care operations and develop a strong caregiving team, delivering resident-centered care in a compliant, quality-focused environment.

You’ll recruit, hire, schedule, review timekeeping, and collaborate with clinical teams on assessments and care planning while monitoring resident changes and communicating with families. This role also supports budget and performance management.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care or healthcare.
• 1+ year supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong staffing, scheduling and team management skills.
• Knowledge of resident care practices and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and care systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and support operations.
