Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to provide leadership and oversight for Assisted Living, Terrace Club and Reminiscence neighborhoods. • Lead move-in meetings and coordinate care with the Resident Care Director when clinical support is needed
• Monitor changes in resident condition and ensure timely communication with families and providers
• Partner with Dining and Activities teams to enhance the resident experience
• Maintain compliance with QAPI, OSHA and regulatory requirements
• Manage department budget, labor and expenses
• Recruit, hire, train and coach care team members
• Conduct performance reviews and promote team engagement

Pay Range: 60,840.00 - 81,224.00
