Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Littleton, CO, is seeking an Assisted Living Coordinator to lead the caregiving team and oversee daily operations, ensuring resident-centered care and ISP execution. The role requires 1+ year of leadership in assisted living or healthcare, strong staff management, and collaboration with clinical teams on assessments and care planning.

Evening/weekend availability is expected as part of operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare settings.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong staffing, scheduling and team management skills.
• Knowledge of resident care practices and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant care systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and support operations.

Responsibilities

Pay Range

66,352.00 – 88,608.00
