Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Reminiscence Coordinator to lead the memory care neighborhood, delivering compassionate, individualized care and meaningful resident engagement. You will champion Sunrise’s Resident-Centered Care model while supporting families and developing a well-trained team.

This role reports to clinical leadership, oversees scheduling and budget, and drives quality and safety across the dementia care program, ensuring residents receive engaging activities and optimal care

Qualifications

• Experience leading a memory care neighborhood or dementia care program.
• Ability to guide a multidisciplinary team and provide staff training.
• Knowledge of ISPs, safety, hydration, and care needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the reminiscence neighborhood in compliance with regulations and Sunrise standards.
• Champion the designated care manager model and Life Skills programming.
• Develop and facilitate dementia-appropriate activities that create purposeful, pleasant days.
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure ISPs, safety, hydration and care needs are met.
• Support families through meetings, education and monthly support groups.
• Monitor quality indicators including weight management, behaviors and medication oversight.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training and performance management.
• Oversee department budget and financial performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management standards.

Pay Range:

66,352.00 - 88,608.00
