Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with tours when needed.
• Answer calls and relay messages promptly.
• Manage time and stay organized.
• Build relationships with residents, families and staff.
• Assist with payroll processing and record-keeping.
• Maintain resident and employee files per standards and state rules.
• Process accounts receivable/payable.
• Keep brochures and move-in packets ready for tours/admissions.
• Promote Cascade Living’s mission and values.
