Job summary

Cave Creek Assisted Living is seeking a part-time Concierge for Tuesday through Saturday, 3:00pm-7:00pm. The role involves greeting residents and visitors, performing clerical tasks, coordinating services, and supporting the Wellness Director as needed.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and prior office or hospitality experience. Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills are required to thrive in a family-like community environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in general office procedures and basic computer programs desired.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and take messages, routing calls and locating residents.
• Greet visitors, sign registers, and direct them appropriately.
• Coordinate resident services with Wellness Director and appointments.
• Maintain lobby/reception area and neat organization of adjacent spaces.
• Provide administrative support: typing, filing, reports, scheduling, vendor calls.
• Schedule work orders with Maintenance/Housekeeping.
• Assist with recruitment by posting ads, screening applicants, scheduling interviews.
• Manage inventories and assist with supply orders.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervision and perform other duties as assigned.
