Qualifications

• Experience with multi-extension, multi-line phone system.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone, manage in-house mail center, and greet visitors.
• Take messages or forward calls, sign in visitors.
• Provide directions and information to residents, guests and vendors.
• Process reservations and update census, directory, and birthday list.
• Respond to emergency systems and ensure building security.
• Sort and distribute mail; handle work orders and supplies.
• Provide courteous service and assist during resident emergencies.
