Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily nursing care per care plans and directions from supervisors. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, and maintain confidentiality while ensuring resident comfort and safety.

The role emphasizes accurate reporting, observation of health changes, and adherence to established policies. CPR may be preferred and a 10th grade education is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum 10th grade education.
• Excellent reading and writing abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments to ensure proper care.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.

• Assist residents with daily activities such as grooming and mobility.
• Observe for skin issues and report pressure areas.
• Follow facility policies and safety procedures.
