• Record entries on flow sheets and charts accurately.
• Maintain residents' protected health information confidentiality.
• Follow policies on exposure to blood and body fluids.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with preparing residents for medical tests.
• Assist with transfers and positioning of residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care according to resident assessments and care plans.
• Identify and communicate changes in resident conditions to the supervising nurse.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and resident status.
