Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in our facilities in the United States. You will follow the care plan, assist with activities of daily living, and ensure resident comfort while maintaining privacy and dignity.

As part of the care team, you will monitor residents, report changes to the Nurse Supervisor, help with meals and mobility, and document care accurately.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant per state law.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident dignity and confidentiality of health information.
• Record entries accurately in flow sheets and charts.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
