Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to support our Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living residents in Sylvania, OH. You will provide general non-certified services under supervision, helping with daily activities and comfort.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and bed care.
• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living (hygiene, incontinence, bathing, grooming).
• Assists with meal service, transportation to dining, tray delivery, and dining experience.
• Responds to resident call lights promptly.
• Checks on residents who cannot call for help.
• Assists clinical staff to keep residents comfortable.
• Assists with personal care per state guidelines.
