Job summary

The Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to provide general non-certified routine services under supervision. You’ll support Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living residents with daily activities, hygiene, dining, and comforting care.

This role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate care, and adherence to state guidelines. A friendly, patient-focused approach is valued, with opportunities for growth within our supportive community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and making/unoccupied beds.
• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living including hygiene care and incontinence assistance.
• Assists with meal service including transportation to dining, tray delivery, and dining experience.
• Responds to residents' call lights promptly.
• Checks residents who cannot call for help and ensures they are monitored.
• Assists clinical staff to keep residents comfortable and supports personal care per state guidelines.
