Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is hiring a Resident Care Associate (RCA) in Marion, OH to provide general non-certified routine services for Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living residents. You will assist with daily living activities, meal service, housekeeping and transportation to dining areas under supervisor guidance.

This role emphasizes resident comfort, timely response to call lights, and collaboration with clinical staff to support resident well-being in a compassionate team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including but not limited to, trash removal and making and changing unoccupied beds.
• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living including but not limited to hygiene care, incontinence assistance, bathing & grooming.
• Assists with all aspects of meal service including but not limited to, transportation of residents to and from dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring great dining experience.
• Answer residents call lights promptly.
• Ensures that residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
• Assists clinical staff to make residents comfortable (i.e., check sitting position, hydration passing, etc.)
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
