Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to support Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living residents. The role covers non-certified routine services under supervision, with responsibilities spanning daily living assistance, housekeeping, meal service, and resident comfort.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and 0–1 years of relevant experience. Location is Byron Center, MI, at the Oaks at Byron Center, with comprehensive Thrive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED / HSE required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and making/changing unoccupied beds.
• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living (hygiene, incontinence, bathing, grooming).
• Assists with meal service, including transportation to dining, tray delivery, and ensuring dining experience.
• Responds to residents' call lights promptly and checks residents who cannot call for help.
• Supports clinical staff to keep residents comfortable (hydration, posture).
• Assists with personal care according to state guidelines.
