Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC, located in Byron Center, MI, is hiring a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to provide non-certified routine services in our Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living communities.

The RCA will assist with daily living activities, personal care, meal service, and housekeeping under supervisor guidance, ensuring resident comfort and safety in a caring environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with housekeeping and laundry services, including trash removal and changing unoccupied beds.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including hygiene, incontinence care, bathing, and grooming.
• Assist with all aspects of meal service, including transporting residents to dining and tray delivery.
• Answer residents' call lights promptly.
• Ensure residents who cannot call for help are checked frequently.
• Assist clinical staff to keep residents comfortable (e.g., seating position, hydration).
• Provide personal care as per state regulatory guidelines.
