Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to provide general non-certified routine services for Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living residents. You will support residents with daily living activities, meals, hygiene, and comfort under supervision.

This role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork with clinical staff, and adherence to state guidelines. High school diploma or GED preferred; 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred; location: Leipsic,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and making/changing unoccupied beds.
• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living including hygiene care, incontinence assistance, bathing and grooming.
• Assists with meal service including transportation of residents to dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a great dining experience.
• Answers residents' call lights promptly.
• Ensures residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
• Assists clinical staff to make residents comfortable (e.g., correct sitting position, hydration passing).
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
