Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Findlay, OH is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to provide general non-certified routine services under supervision, supporting Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living residents.

You will assist with activities of daily living, housekeeping, meal service, and respond to call lights, while coordinating with clinical staff to keep residents comfortable and safe.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and bed changes.
• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living including hygiene, incontinence care, bathing and grooming.
• Assists with meal service: transportation to dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a great dining experience.
• Answers residents' call lights promptly.
• Checks residents who are unable to call for help.
• Assists clinical staff to keep residents comfortable (sitting position checks, hydration).
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
