Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to provide general non-certified routine services across Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living residents under supervision.

You will assist with daily living activities, meals, transportation, housekeeping, and mobility, while supporting clinical staff and maintaining a safe, dignified environment. Adherence to state guidelines is essential; you will help residents stay comfortable and engaged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and making/changing unoccupied beds.
• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living including hygiene, incontinence care, bathing and grooming.
• Assists with meal service including transportation to dining room, tray delivery, and dining experience.
• Answers residents' call lights promptly.
• Checks residents who are unable to call for help on a frequent basis.
• Assists clinical staff to keep residents comfortable (e.g., seating position, hydration).
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state guidelines.
