BrioHR Pte Ltd is hiring a Part-Time Resident Care Assistant for the 1st shift in Grand Rapids, MI. You will provide compassionate personal care, assist residents with daily activities, and support in memory care and assisted living areas.

The role requires lifting up to 35 pounds, attention to safety, and a caring attitude. Schedule includes early mornings, with weekends as needed, and benefits for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous experience in a caregiver role, preferred.
• Experience with ADLs, preferred.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 35 pounds without assistance.
• Previous working knowledge of EMAR system, preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide Hands-On Care – assist with personal care (ADLs) like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Support Mealtime – help residents enjoy meals and stay hydrated.
• Keep Things Moving – support mobility, including turning, positioning, and safe transfers.
• Perform Vital Checks – measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output.
• Maintain Comfort & Care – keep rooms tidy, cozy, and well-stocked with essentials.
• Provide Responsive Support – answer call lights quickly and respond with kindness and compassion.
• Monitor with Watchful Eyes – report changes in conditions to leadership.
• Demonstrate Respect & Professionalism – maintain confidentiality while delivering care.

Schedule: Part-time 19 hours per week | 1st shift 6am - 2:15pm | Varies Monday - Friday, every other weekend | No scheduling mandation

Shift Premiums: Weekend (Fri 11:00 pm - Sun 10:59 pm) 0.50

What You’ll Do:

As a Resident Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents by providing compassionate personal care, supporting daily activities, and offering essential assistance in our assisted living and memory care areas. Your dedication will help create a safe, warm, and nurturing environment where residents feel valued, supported, and at home.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous experience in a caregiver role, preferred.
• Experience with ADLs, preferred.
• Position requires the ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 35 pounds without assistance.
• Previous working knowledge of Electronic Medication Administration Records (EMAR) system, preferred.
