Job summary

Methodist-Retirement-Communities in Texas seeks compassionate CNA or care staff for memory care. You will work 7:00pm–7:00am on a rotating schedule with every other weekend off, delivering care in a household environment and supporting a high-quality dining experience for residents.

Responsibilities include engaging residents, planning activities mirroring daily life, and maintaining personal living spaces while collaborating with a team to ensure safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Texas Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.
• Experience with aging population desired.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to create a resident-centered environment.
• Deliver quality care in a household setting for memory care residents.
• Assist with dining experience and coordinate activities.
• Assess and implement programs mirroring normal life activities for residents and maintain living spaces.
