Methodist Retirement Communities is seeking a 7:00pm-7:00am PRN Certified Nurse Assistant to join Creekside in Huntsville, TX. The role focuses on delivering compassionate, resident-centered care in a home-like setting while supporting dining and program activities.

The ideal candidate has a CNA certification (TX) or relevant memory care experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and comfort with basic computer skills to document care and coordinate with the care team.

Job Location: Creekside in Huntsville - Huntsville, TX 77340, At MRC we realize that there is no greater mission in life than serving others. Hours

7:00pm-7:00am PRN (as needed)

Primary responsibilities

• Works as part of a team to create an environment that encourages resident involvement and personal growth
• Delivery of exceptional care in a household environment
• Assistance with the delivery of an overall dining experience and the collaborative evaluation
• Assessment and implementation of programming that will mirror normal life activities of residents (to include the upkeep and management of personal living space)
• Mentally and emotionally engaging their interest and assist them in recapturing the value of community life

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Texas Certified Nurse Assistant certification preferred and/or experience in a memory unit
• High school graduate or equivalent is desired
• Experience with an aging population
• Knowledge/ability to learn computer skills
